Main Properties of Sinter Plate Dust Collector
1. PTFE Coating Sinter Plate Filtering Element
PTFE coating sinter plate filtering element is the world’s most advanced sinter plate filtering element currently, and features the following advantages:
(1).Better gas permeability
By adoption of advanced sintering process and optimized raw material formula, it is capable of ensuring uniform micro-pores, better connectivity and gas permeability in the sinter plate matrix.
(2). Higher filtration precision, more stable and reliable running
The sinter plate filtering element can effectively capture dust with particle size over 0.3μm, the efficiency of removing dust of 10μm size reaches 99.9999%, with the emission lower than 10mg/Nm3. With big filtering area, its size is only 1/3 of traditional bag, and service life reaches 5-10 years. (After reaching the normal service life, the worn coating can be renewed to achieve the filtration effect as a new filter plate).
(3).Better ash removal performance
The new generation reinforced PTFE coating is adopted, the sinter plate surface features denser and more smooth structure with higher filtration precision; in addition, the ash removal performance is obviously improved, and the sinter plate is designed in round angle to effectively avoid dust cementation.
(4).Better sealing performance
The sinter plate adopts foamed silicone rubber sealing strip (ring) and features high elasticity, high temperature resistance and longer service life.
2. Pulse Blowing Valve
Pulse blowing valve is one of the core components of the dust collector. Compared with bag type dust collector, sinter plate dust collector mainly removes dust by vibrating the sinter plate with the pulse wave from compressed air. However, bag type dust collector mainly removes dust by shaking the filtering bag with its deformation caused by the secondary air when blowing with the compressed air. Therefore, it is very important to select the appropriate pulse valve.
3. Flow Field Optimized Design of Dust Collector
The structure design is very important for large dust collectors, and unreasonable air flow distribution will cause rising running resistance and low ash removal effect; particularly to the relatively fine, viscous and light dust, flow field design is of great concern.
4 Treatment of Compressed Air System
The working reliability and service life of the pulse blowing system are closely related with the purification and treatment of compressed air. The impurities in the compressed air such as dirt, rust, dust and fluid in the air may possibly cause great harm to the pulse blowing system. Therefore, the compressed air system is equipped with oil-water separator, coarse filter and fine filter to ensure the quality of compressed air, which is very important to the working reliability and service life of the pulse blowing system.
